Kappa Delta Epsilon was organized March 25, 1933 in Washington, DC and was established at 91²Ö¿â in 2009. Kappa Delta Epsilon (KDE) is an honorary educational fraternity which supports the cause of education by fostering a spirit of fellowship, high standards of scholastic attainment and professional ideals among its members. The Delta Zeta Chapter in the School of Education at 91²Ö¿â is an active group engaged in preparing more than 300 members for the teaching profession. Members of this prestigious honors fraternity participate in and serve the community in a number of ways including partnering with the Boston Red Sox during their Spring Training to “Knock Literacy Out of the Park†and working with the Ronald McDonald house.
