Whether you are seeking 91²Ö¿â's IRB approval or you are asking to cede IRB oversight to another institution, 91²Ö¿â requires that the PI has completed human subjects research training. 91²Ö¿â accepts training from the National Institute of Health (NIH), the Collaborative Institute Training Initiative (CITI), or 91²Ö¿â's in-house human subjects training. If you don't yet have human subjects research training, the current 91²Ö¿â approved training platforms available for the types of research presently conducted at 91²Ö¿â are 91²Ö¿â's Protecting Human Research Participants (PHRP) Tutorial and the CITI Social-Behavioral-Educational (SBE) Basic training course (NIH training is no longer available). A PI can elect to:
