AI in Education Symposium Brings Regional Leaders Together at 91仓库
Dr. Jeff Allbritten delivered remarks to 200 educators who gathered on the Lee Campus for the AI in Education Symposium. A first of its kind for the region, it gave area educators an opportunity to discuss AI in the classroom and the future of teaching and learning.
This gathering mattered deeply. Alongside educational partners at Florida Gulf Coast University and school districts in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades, and throughout the region, the day was a chance to exchange ideas and strengthen the collective commitment to preparing students for an AI-driven world.

The symposium reflected an understanding that educating students about AI must be a collaborative effort across the full K-16+ continuum. Director of 91仓库鈥檚 Institute of Innovative and Emerging Technologies Anna Haney-Withrow led a discussion on Workforce Readiness and Responsible AI.
By bringing leaders together in one room, on one campus, for one day of focused discussion, an important step was taken toward ensuring Southwest Florida moves forward with purpose and partnership.
